The implementation of the Supreme Court-mandated NRC project (National Register of Citizen) is allegedly harassing, traumatising and targeting Bangla-speaking Muslims and Hindus in Assam.

Those who have been identified as 'doubtful voters' are being put behind bars in detention centres even before the pronouncement of the final verdict.
