Saidulajab - Other 'Urban' Villages can Learn a Thing or Ten from it

Hauz Khas village, Shahpur Jat, Khirki extension and Lado Sarai are urban villages in Delhi that have opened themselves up to an eclectic mix of people and the variety of experiences such an opening up brings in. Cafes, bars, clothing, decor, creative spaces and the original aura of these villages blends together in an attempt to fit the tag- alternative. Saidulajab, not to far away, is similar in terms of it's urban village setting but differs in the fact that it is alternative in the true sense of the word. A peak into it brings meaning to the term - melting pot.  We haven't given names to any of the spaces featured here, in the hope that curiosity will drive you (here).
